Don't know what it is with me and old houses, but here's another one. We picked this one up last year for less than the cost of a new SUV:) It was built in 1932 so it's 12 years newer than our last house. This one is real cute inside, I'll have to take some pics and post them if I ever get around to putting the wide angle lens on my K200. Really tiny too - just 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, small kitchen, small family room, and a tiny little dining room. It does have a seperate laundry room though, and an added bonus room on the back. Without the bonus room it's less than 700 square feet. We're in the process of getting it rented...
It's been a real eye-opener. Most of the people who want to rent it have families - bigger than average, multi generational, etc. A single mom with 4 kids(!!!). Two parents with 3 kids. A mom and dad, adult daughter, and grandchild. They all know it's only 1br/1 ba when they call. Even if I didn't have ANY possessions I'd have a hard time living with that many other people in such a small house...
